Jocelynn Moore
Jocelynn Moore is currently the Director of Government Relations and Lobbyist at NCRA. After graduating from California State University, Bakersfield, with a degree in Political Science and Religious Studies, she worked extensively in California State politics, managing political campaigns, coordinating fundraisers for elected members, and leading several regional voter registration projects. Following her political work, Ms. Moore earned her Juris Doctor at Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. While in law school, Jocelynn had the honor of clerking for the Law Office of the Kern County Public Defender and United States Senator Joe Donnelly. Since joining NCRA, Jocelynn has been passionate about helping state leaders and affiliates.
