NCRA 2023 Conference Keynote Speaker - Dennis M. Holmgren

Dennis Holmgren is licensed in both California and Texas and has been practicing law in Texas for more than 20 years. He is also licensed as a patent attorney by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Holmgren maintains active transactional and litigation practices with transactional expertise that encompasses a wide range of areas such as business formations, joint ventures, private securities placements, commercial lending transactions, and purchase and sale agreements. On the litigation front, Holmgren handles corporate and real estate disputes, oil and gas disputes, intellectual property issues, bankruptcy litigation, and labor and employment. Holmgren serves as the outside general counsel to several mid-sized Texas and national businesses, as well as to an Arizona life insurance company where he handles the transactional and litigation matters for its national commercial lending portfolio.
