Lorilee Norby found yoga after searching to balance her active family and corporate career with her desire for stillness, reflection, and creativity. As a certified RYT-200 instructor, she enjoys sharing her love of yoga and meditation with people and strongly believes that yoga is for everyone. Lorilee’s yoga classes include a combination of strength and flexibility, activity and release, all designed to challenge and relax. When not at her day job or practicing yoga, you can find Lorilee cheering on her three kids at sporting events, or taking walks with her dog Kennedy.
