Can I watch webinars from my mobile device?

No, mobile devices often lose connection and the number of minutes watched will not count correctly.

I watched the entire video, but I can’t advance to the next step. What do I do?

  • Keep the video as your active screen for the entire playback. If you minimize it or switch to another program, such as email or Teams, your viewing time may not be recorded correctly, and you may need to watch the video again.
  • You may also want to clear your cache/cookies or log out and back in to renew your progress.

Is there a recommended browser to use for the Learning Center?

NCRA recommends using the Google Chrome browser.

I bought a live webinar, but I cannot attend now. Can I watch the recording for credit?

Yes, live webinars are recorded for those who cannot attend live. You will receive an email when the recording is available (usually within 24 hours).

Do my purchases expire?

  • On-demand webinars, book tests, and article tests must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Once you complete all elements of the webinar, you will always have access to that webinar.
  • Live webinars expire 30 days from the date of the live webinar.
  • For NCRA A to Z programs, Career Launcher, and CLVS Education, consult the program information for expiration timelines. Speedbuilding and Practice tests never expire.

What if my purchase is going to expire before I can finish it?

  • Email [email protected] to purchase an extension.
  • To get the best experience with A to Z, we recommend not enrolling until you can dedicate 45 days at approximately one hour per day to the program. This is so you get the best sense of court reporting school. Please note there are no extensions for live A to Z offerings. An extension may possibly be available to those with extenuating circumstances in the Asynchronous program.

What should I do if I fail the webinar quiz two times?

Do you have any advice on the best way to pass the quizzes at the end of webinars?

Our two-question quizzes come directly from the speaker’s presentation. It is recommended that you view the webinar carefully and read through the PowerPoint (if available) that is located under the Handouts tab.

Do I need to submit my certificate to NCRA and pay an additional fee to have my CEU recorded on my NCRA transcript?

No, you do not need to submit your certificate. Once you view/print your certificate, your CEU or PDC will write directly to your NCRA transcript.

How soon do my credits show up on my transcript?

After viewing/printing your certificate, your credit will write to your transcript within one hour.
