In light of making every connection count, this webinar focuses on properly grounded connections. This is alluding to the three-pronged electrical plug which is safer than the two-pronged electrical plug. Learn about the three effective connections that will empower your career with skill, excellence, and fulfillment. The three connection areas of focus will be: Connection with Self, Connection with Others, and Connection with the Industry.  Diving into these areas of focus will help reduce the challenges of burnout and feeling stuck and imbalanced. The goal is to return to a healthy, strategic, and effective space in our careers of choice. Total CEU 0.1. Product will expire 30 days from registration.

Joel McCray

Joel McCray is a producer, performing artist, music educator, and composer. He started playing the piano when he was 18 months old. He studied piano with his mother, Ruby H. McCray, from 1976 to 1988. He moved to Arlington, Texas in 1988 on a track scholarship from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he graduated with a BBA in Finance in 1992 and NCAA, All-American status in track.


Joel is a producer for a 2011 Dove Award Nominee and has 15 recording projects. He has also produced several recording projects for others, and he has performed with a number of industry-leading artists including Kirk Franklin, Joseph Vincelli, Kirk Whalum, and many more.   
  
Joel currently serves as the music director at Word of Truth Family Church (Arlington, Texas), a teaching artist, director of virtual programming for The Artist Outreach, and the founder and director of J & B Music Ministries.
