Before working as a court reporter and captioner, Joshua performed in plays, musicals, and operas. Occasionally, he sings at weddings. Joshua is the past president of New York Toastmasters and the New York State Court Reporters Association, as well as a prior chair of the National Congress of State Associations. He has given numerous speeches at Toastmasters and founded StenoMasters in 2021. He lives in New York City where he co-owns StenoCaptions LLC.
