We invite you to participate in our upcoming session where we will explore practical applications and techniques for optimizing Excel in the workplace. We will explore templates for things like tracking expenses so that a clean new file can be generated for each new file. Formatting of data will be discussed including tips for printing versus onscreen usage, formatting stubborn data that won’t convert to a number, using the format painter, and conditional formatting. Various tools to effectively manage and clean up data will be reviewed including efficiently removing duplicate data, merging and splitting columns, using cross reference formulas between worksheets, advanced sort and filter options, paste special options and creating summary charts using pivot tables. Join us and discover the full potential of Excel in enhancing your productivity and efficiency.
