Alex Morgan Lederer is a certified freelance reporter who has worked in both New York and Florida. He started working during COVID-19 via Zoom depositions as opposed to other reporters who entered the field and immediately took in-person jobs. He is currently working towards achieving his RMR and CRR certifications. He has worked in courtrooms, doctors' offices, lawyers' offices, and the comfort of his own home. He looks forward to discussing the insights he achieved from entering into the field this way, which have now become the norm for new reporters. 

Amy Galkin is a 180 wpm student attending Allison Hall Reporting Education. She lives in Southern California with her husband, son, and two cats. In her spare time she enjoys listening to John Grisham legal thrillers.

Jen Johnson, a 41-year-old wife and mom of two teenagers living inCalifornia, is navigating a major career shift. After 10 years as a contentmarketing strategist, she now works part-time as a medical transcriptionistwhile attending court reporting school through Allie Hall.  She iscurrently in the speed-building phase of her journey at 160-180 WPM.

Natalie Ruben is a newly certified Registered Skilled Reporter freelancing from Northern California. She completed her stenography program in just 19 months by developing and following a dedicated practice routine. Now she continues to develop and refine her practice program while working to advance her career through additional certifications.

Katie DeLong is a new official reporter working in Wisconsin's largest judicial district; Milwaukee County. She has a journalism degree and spent 15 years writing news online for two Milwaukee television stations. During the pandemic in 2020, she began learning stenography and enrolled in court reporting school. She graduated with a degree in court reporting in December 2023 and a degree in broadcast captioning in May 2024.
